The Chulu East at  meters would be an ideal peak to start with. The Chulu West peak, which forms a group of three diverse peaks, namely Chulu West, Chulu East and Chulu Central, is geographically placed in the beautiful Annapurna Region, north of the mountain capital of Manang that serves as the commercial hub of the Annapurna region. Physically, Chulu West is a part of the Manang Himal. Chulu West peak is often the most climbed after Chulu East, and is about 200m higher in altitude. Determined as the ‘Trekking Peak’ by Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA), Chulu West Peak is a much sought after trekking peak among adventure buffs in Nepal.
